Carrie OBrien has been a Real Estate Broker for 21 years managing the Flagship Properties sales team. She has served on the Board of the local Coronado Real Estate Association as well as being President of the Coronado Historical Association. She has lived in Coronado for 34 years where she and her husband, John, have raised their 2 children here. John overseas their construction company, Flagg Coastal Homes which has built over 80 homes in Coronado and the surrounding area. Carrie graduated from Stanford University, earned an MBA from UCLA and an MA from Fuller Seminary.
Beth Delano joined Flagship Properties in 2011. She previously worked in residential lending providing over 40 residential construction loans. She brings a design flair, contacts and resources that perfectly compliment Flagship's residential sales. She and her husband, Bill, live in a beautiful cottage they remodeled in Coronado and named "Salty Dog".
Serena Churosh Bleam joined Flagship Properties about 2 years ago after 25 years of real estate experience in Phoenix, Arizona working as an Associate Broker. She has worked with buyers and sellers in Arizona and is transitioning to Coronado. She grew up in Arcadia and attended Arizona State University. She & her husband live in a home they recently completed near the Coronado Beach.
