Beach Village at the Del
The Beach Village at the Hotel Del Coronado has units with 2 or 3 bedrooms and ocean views. Units are called Villas, Lofts and Cottages depending on their style. All of the units have amenities such as use of outdoor swimming pool, spa & fitness center as well as breakfast at the Windsor Cottage. Concierge services are available (may include fees). Owners are limited to use of their units up to 90 days a year with 25 consecutive days within a 50 day period. Owners receive a portion of the rental income by the Hotel Del Coronado.
